RBCA connects the presidents of business clubs across Bucharest's top high schools — meeting every two to three weeks to share resources, ideas, and opportunities, and to build something bigger together.
To build a community of hard-working, determined people with initiative — students who take business seriously, together.
Every high school has students who want to build, lead, and compete — but their clubs usually work alone. RBCA is the board they didn't have. Club presidents from across Bucharest sit down together every two to three weeks, the way a company board would, to share resources, compare notes, and plan what none of us could pull off solo.
From there, we organize at a scale a single club can't reach on its own: joint workshops, speaker events, and company visits. In exchange for a seat at the board table, each president recruits 5–10 students from their own school to form a club — and those recruits get access to some of RBCA's events too, just not as comprehensively as the president who brought them in.
Presidents who recruit their 5–10 members get the full package below. The members they recruit get access too — just to a smaller slice of it.
Workshops, speaker nights, and board meetings — as they happen.
Open to anyone interested in business, at any school. Preferably you're the president or vice president of your school's business club — but if you're not, that still works.
Fill in your details and a board member will follow up about the next steps and the next general meeting.
Thanks, — — your application has been sent. We'll follow up by email soon.
